Arrival
Please check your accommodation. If there is anything wrong please report this to your reception, so that action can be taken without delay. Guests are not allowed to move the furniture or change anyhow the decoration in their room.

Check-in time is after 02.00 pm-10.00 pm.
Check out
The Check out time is noon to give us enough time to clean and prepare, properly, the room for the newly arriving guests. On check out, please return your key card.

Room key and key card
To activate power supply in your room please insert the key card into the slot of the power switch on the side of your entrance door. Do not touch any electrical switches or fuse boxes if you are unsure, please ask for assistance. Please keep your room key and key card secure at all times. Do not leave your key card in your room.
“Do not Disturb” and “Makeup Room”
In case you do not wish to be disturbed, please leave the “Do not disturb” sign on the outside doorknob. if you do not want to receive any telephone calls, please inform the reception. Internal room-to-room calls cannot be prevented!
In case you want the housekeeper to clean your room Please hang the sign “Makeup Room” outside doorknob to let the maid know.

A high-speed internet connection is available in the resort. If you experience any problems with your connection please contact Reception!
Minibar
The minibar is replenished daily, all consumption will be charged to your room account. Please indicate your last day’s consumption at the front desk upon check-out.
Air condition
All our rooms are equipped with an individual temperature setting for your comfort. Please use the wall-mounted regulator to set the air conditioning. If you need any assistance or you have questions about the system please contact our Reception for help.
Persons Staying in this Accommodation
Only customers specified on our official rooming lists may stay in this accommodation. It is illegal for other persons to stay here without the permission of the owners, for which there will normally be a charge made. Failure to ask permission may involve the local authorities.
Smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Please be informed that the hotel is entitled to charge you 2,000 bath penalty for forbidden smoking.
Pet
The hotel does not allow all pets to stay in the hotel.
Housekeeping
Our Housekeeping team is at your service from the morning until 5.00 pm. Should you require an extra towel please let us know. For extra cleaning service of your Suite please also contact the Housekeeping team.
Laundry Service
Laundry Service is available every day. Please put the clothes in a laundry bag inside the closet. Then bring it to the reception to calculate the cost and you will receive your freshly cleaned laundry within the next day Or depending on hotel availability.
Damages
Customers are advised to report the damage to the hotel staff immediately. Any damage incurred to this property or articles within is to be replaced at the customer's expense.

SWIMMING POOL
Swimming Pool
Opening times: Daily from 7.00 am. to 8.30 pm. Towels for the pool can be obtained with the reception in the lobby. All our wellness facilities are free of charge for the hotel guests.
The sunbeds by the pool area are free of charge it is however NOT allowed to reserve these by placing towels, clothes or other items on them unless intended for immediate use. The towels will be removed after 30 minutes. Please use a maximum one sunbed per person. Please do not put your towels on the sun loungers while you are away. Unoccupied sun loungers must be free for other guests to use them. We inform you that all the towels hang on empty chairs will be removed.
