To ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience for both you and your pets, as well as other guests at the hotel, kindly adhere to the following guidelines:
- Guests intending to bring their pets must make room reservations in advance. One Pet per Room Only one pet weighing less than 10 kg is allowed per room. However, we reserve the right to decline pets that are not well-behaved or those with poisonous characteristics for the safety of our staff and other guests.
- The hotel has designated pet-friendly rooms on specific floors. As the owner, you must supervise and take care of your pets at all times while using these areas.
- The surrounding garden areas are shared spaces for all hotel guests. If your pet needs to relieve itself, please take them to the designated bathroom areas as specified by the hotel and clean up after them every time.
- For the well-being of all guests, pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in public areas such as the garden or around the swimming pool. Failure to comply with this rule will result in an immediate cleaning fee of 500 Baht.
- The responsibility for any damage caused by your pets while using our services lies with the pet owner. If any damage occurs, the hotel reserves the right to charge the actual cost to the pet owner.
- To avoid any disturbances or conflicts among pets, including excessive barking, the hotel requests that pet owners maintain a safe distance between animals. If a pet's behavior becomes problematic, the hotel reserves the right to request the immediate removal of the pet from the premises.
- Please keep your pets on a leash and under your control when using common areas. Ensure that the leash is of appropriate length or consider using a pet carrier or stroller.
- Please provide containers for food, water, treats, and any other favorite items for your pets to ensure their comfort and reduce stress during their stay.
- The hotel does not take responsibility for any illness or accidents involving your pets during their stay.
- An additional fee of 400 Baht per night will be charged for bringing pets into the accommodation.
- Pets are not allowed in the swimming pool. Any violation of this rule will incur a pool cleaning fee of 5,000 Baht.
